This is a decision I only endorse for people on an extremely limited budget and with a lot of time. Community transport is everywhere in Sri Lanka in the shape of community buses and trains. It is also very cheap, costing a lot less than a handful of dollars for each journey. Having said that, it isn’t essentially the most comfortable technique t
